This report examines the key transformations in the fintech industry, highlighting growth strategies and innovation. Statistical analysis indicates a strong trend towards mergers and acquisitions, with 60% of executives planning such moves. It also emphasizes the importance of investing in modern technology, with 94% of banks planning to increase their investments in this area. The study aimed to analyze the impact of macroeconomic shifts on the fintech industry, financing and growth strategies, and assess the resilience of companies in this sector during periods of market correction and economic pressures. The report discusses challenges in attracting talent and maintaining a culture of innovation in a changing competitive environment. It concludes that the success of fintech companies will depend on their ability to continuously innovate, follow well-thought-out growth strategies, and maintain a flexible organizational culture.
