Tuesday, April 22, 2025 the laboratory of economic geography and Exchange countries organized on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 a national forum entitled " marketing of services in the era of artificial intelligence”, and many professors, researchers and students from various universities of the country participated in the activities of the forum, the participants stressed the importance of adopting artificial intelligence applications in a world changing at an unprecedented pace, where Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer just a futuristic technology, it has become an integral part of our daily life, especially in the service sector. From banks to delivery companies, from tourism to healthcare, organizations are increasingly relying on smart tools to understand customers and provide “tailor-made”services. The participants also stressed that marketing is no longer just an advertisement displayed on the screen, but has evolved into an integrated experience starting from the first interaction with the customer. Chatbots respond to your queries immediately, recommendation systems suggest you exactly what suits your taste, while algorithms work in secret to analyze your behavior and anticipate your next needs. The participating professors also discussed that " artificial intelligence has given companies the ability to be constantly present with the client, and respond quickly to him, without feeling that there is a machine behind the screen”. This ability to customize and speed is a crucial factor in raising the level of customer satisfaction and enhancing their loyalty. But despite this qualitative leap, it is not without challenges. Many people still prefer to deal with a real human being, and they are afraid of losing the human touch in the services.
