Abstract:
This research deals with the application of Blockchain technology in the field of external trade and the various operations and activities associated with it, from smart contracts, financial operations, insurance, shipping, tracking, administrative and customs procedures, and receipt. This study aims to highlight the solutions provided by this modern and advanced technology to develop the field of international trade and contribute to raising the efficiency of import and export operations and transactions related to the exchange of goods and services between countries and companies across borders and the impact of this on supporting growth and development for countries around the world. We used the descriptive analytical approach. We reached a number of results; the most important of them is the inevitability of adopting this technology with the necessity of unifying international standards and expanding the scope of its use to achieve further development and efficiency in international trade management.

ملخص:
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع تطبيق تقنية سلسلة الكتل في ميدان التجارة الخارجية ومختلف العمليات والأنشطة المرتبطة بها من العقود الذكية والعمليات المالية والتأمين إلى الشحن والتتبع والاجراءات الادارية والجمركية وصولا إلى الاستلام، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الحلول التي تقدمها هذه التقنية الحديثة والمتطورة لتطوير مجال التجارة الدولية والمساهمة في رفع كفاءة عمليا الاستيراد والتصدير والمعاملات المتعلقة بتبادل السلع والخدمات بين الدول والشركات عبر الحدود وتأثير ذلك على دعم النمو والتنمية للدول عبر العالم.استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلنا إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها حتمية تبني هذه التقنية مع ضرورة توحيد المعايير الدولية في هذا المجال وتوسيع نطاق استخدامها لتحقيق مزيد من التطور والكفاءة في إدارة التجارة الدولية.
