ملخص:

يهدف الباحث في بحثه هذا الموسوم ( أثر بُعد الثقافة التنظيمية على تنمية السياحة المستدامة – دراسة تحليلية لهيأة السياحة في العراق) الى معرفة علاقة الارتباط و التأثير لبعد الثقافة التنظيمية(وهو احد ابعاد القيادة الإستراتيجية في التنمية السياحية المستدامة وبابعادها مجتمعة (البعد الإقتصادي-البعد الإجتماعي -والبعد البيئي ) ولتحقيق ذلك فقد قام الباحث باجراء دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من المديرين في هيئة السياحة العراقية ممن هم بدرجة (مدير عام , رئيس قسم , مسؤول شعبة) فضلا عن تشخيص مستوى اهتمام القيادات في هيئة السياحة بمتغيرات الدراسة من خلال أبعادها وبشكل احصائي وقد شملت العينة على 89 فرد صلحت اجابتهم للتحليل الاحصائي, فضلا عن اجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع السادة المبحوثين مما عززت نتائج البحث بشكل كبير وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج واهمها :لوحظ وجود اهتمام وبمستوى مرتفع فيما يخص الثقافة التنظيمية .فضلا عن وجود علاقة الارتباط والتأثير .

Abstract:

The researcher aims in his research this tagged (the impact of the organizational culture dimension on the development of sustainable tourism – an analytical study of the Tourism Authority in Iraq) to know the relationship of correlation and influence of the dimension of organizational culture (which is one of the dimensions of strategic leadership – in sustainable tourism development and its combined dimensions (economic dimension – social dimension – and environmental dimension) and to achieve this, the researcher has conducted an exploratory study for a sample of managers in the Iraqi Tourism Authority who are with the degree of (Director General,  Head of Department, Responsible Division) as well as diagnosing the level of interest of leaders in the Tourism Authority variables of the study through its dimensions and statistically has included a sample on 89 individuals fit their answer for statistical analysis, as well as personal interviews with the respondents, which strengthened the results of the research significantly The study has reached a set of results, the most important of which are: It was noted that there is interest and a high level of organizational culture, as well as the existence of a relationship of correlation and influence.
