ملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور العمل المصرفي الإلكتروني في تعزيز التجارة الخارجية بالجزائر. تم تحليل مفهوم التجارة الخارجية وتطورها في البلاد من خلال دراسة حالة في وكالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري بأم البواقي، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أبرز الأنظمة الإلكترونية المستخدمة في هذا المجال.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تعزيز العمل المصرفي الإلكتروني في الجزائر يمكن أن يؤدي إلى زيادة حجم التجارة الخارجية وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، بالإضافة إلى مساهمة الأنظمة الإلكترونية المعتمدة في البنك بشكل فعّال في تسهيل عمليات التجارة الخارجية مما يساهم في ترقيتها. كما تساعد هذه الأنظمة على توفير الوقت والجهد للمستوردين والموردين، من خلال إمكانية الاطلاع على ملفات الاعتماد المستندي والتحصيل المستندي.

Abstract:
This study aims to explore the role of electronic banking in enhancing foreign trade in Algeria. The concept of foreign trade and its development in the country was analyzed through a case study at the Foreign Bank of Algeria agency in Oum El Bouaghi, in addition to identifying the most prominent electronic systems used in this field.
The study concluded that enhancing electronic banking in Algeria could lead to increasing the volume of foreign trade and enhancing economic growth, in addition to the effective contribution of the electronic systems adopted in the bank to facilitating foreign trade operations, which contributes to strengthening them. These systems also help save time and effort for importers and suppliers, through the ability to view documentary credits and documentary collection files.
