ملخص:

نهدف من هذه الدراسة الالمام بالمفاهيم الرئيسية المرتبطة بالعقود الذكية المدمجة في تقنية البلوكتشين واستخدامها كآلية لتنشيط التجارة الخارجية وتحسين أداء النظام المصرفي، كما تطرقت للتحديات التي تواجهها هذه التقنيات في تطوير التكنولوجيا المالية من خلال ابراز مجموعة من الأمثلة التطبيقية المعتمد عليها حاليا، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة تفعيل هذه التقنية لما تحمله من مزايا الشفافية، الكفاءة، السرعة وتقليص التكلفة بسبب خاصية اللامركزية مع العمل على انشاء نظام مالي جديد يكون أكثر قابلية للتشغيل تقنيا وتشريعيا مع انشاء مؤشر لتقييم الوضع لمؤسسات التجارة الدولية.

Abstract:

This study aims to understand the main concepts associated with smart contracts integrated into blockchain technology, and its use as a mechanism to stimulate foreign trade and improve the performance of the banking system. It also addressed the challenges facing these technologies in developing financial technology by highlighting a set of practical examples currently relied upon. This study concluded the necessity of activating this technology due to its advantages of transparency, efficiency, speed and cost reduction due to the decentralization feature, while working to establish a new financial system that is more operable technically and legislatively, with the creation of an index to assess the status of international trade institutions.
