ملخص:

نظرا لأهمية الأستاذ الجامعي ودوره الفعال في تحقيق الأهداف الأكاديمية للجامعة، باعتبار الجامعة نسق مستقل يحقق أهداف المجتمع عن طريق الإنتاج العلمي الغزير للأستاذ، في شتى المجالات ناهيك عن تلك الظروف والأزمات التي تعيق الإمداد العلمي للأستاذ خاصةالأزمة الصحية الأخيرة التي شهدها العالم، مما حتم اللجوء لإستراتيجية التعليم عن بعد، لذلك سوف نتطرق إلى معيقات الإنتاج الأكاديمي للأستاذ الجامعي خاصة في فترة التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كرونا.

Abstract:

Given the significance of the university teacher and his active role in attaining the university’s academic aims, the prolific scientific output of the teacher serves as an independent format that advances societal objectives. Not to mention the situations and crises that limit the teacher’s scientific supply, such as the recent global health crisis, which compelled the use of the tele-education technique in numerous disciplines. Therefore, we shall discuss the limitations on the academic output of university instructors, notably during the period of distant education during the Corona virus pandemic.
