ملخص:

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الوقوف على موضوع الادارة الالكترونية  ومدى اسهامها في ترشيد خدمات الادارة المحلية في ظل انفتاح العالمي على تكنولوجيا الاعلام و الاتصال و من جهة اخرى الوقوف على  مختلف العراقيل و التحديات التي  تقف في تطبيقها. وقد توصلنا الى ضرورة اعتمادها لما لها من اسهامات فعالة في تطوير الاساليب و الممارسات الخدماتية و تقريب الادارة من المواطن و تحقيق مبدا الشفافية و الدقة في التنفيذ والعدالة و المساواة الاجتماعية.

Abstract:

    This study aims to stand on the issue of electronic administration and the extent of its contribution to the rationalization of local administration services in light of the global openness to information and communication technology, and on the other hand, to stand on the various obstacles and challenges that stand in its application. We have reached the necessity of adopting it because of its effective contributions in developing service methods and practices, bringing administration closer to the citizen, and achieving the principle of transparency and accuracy in implementation, justice and social equality.
