الملخص:

يتناول هذا البحث مضوع الحماية الصحية للثروة الحيوانية، حيث تسعى الدولة في الآونة الأخيرة لتثمين وتطوير هذه الثروة من أجل تكون خيار استراتيجية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتماشياً مع النهج الاقتصادي الجديد الذي يرتكز على تعزيز جميع الموارد والثروات الوطنية الأخرى، حيث تعد الثروة الحيوانية الأهم على الإطلاق، لذا كان لزاماً على الدولة أن تضع آليات وإجراءات من أجل وقاية وتحسين صحة الحيوانات.

وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها: وجوب الحماية الصحية للثورة الحيوانية.

Abstract:

This work deals with the subject of animal wealth protection in which the state seeks for its improvement recently and to consider it and its rise. In fact this wealth may be a strategic option of food protection and follows the new economic type that focuses on the reinforcement of all materials and national wealth. The animal wealth is considered as the most significant category. For that, the state did strategies and procedures to improuve it and to protect the health of animals. This study comes out with several findings among them we cite the obligation of protecting the health of animals.
