ملخص:

        تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى أهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي والاستراتيجيات المتبعة من اجل تحسين الكفاءة واتخاذ قرارات أفضل في إيجاد الحلول للمشكلات المعقدة في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية والقضايا الاجتماعية وتحسين القرارات السياسية لتحقيق الاستدامة، كما سلطت الدراسة الضوء على دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة نظرا لريادتها في جميع المجالات المختلفة ومعرفة أهم الاستراتيجيات التي اتبعتها الدولة لتحقيق التطور التكنولوجي والاقتصادي التي سعت من اجله الحكومة، حيث اعتمدت على الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحول الرقمي الشامل وإطلاق إستراتيجية “الذكاء الاصطناعي لعام 2031” بهدف تطبيق التكنولوجيا في مختلف القطاعات وتهدف إلى تعزيز مكانة الإمارات كمركز عالمي للابتكار والتطوير في مجالات التكنولوجيا والذكاء الاصطناعي وتسعى إلى تحقيق أهداف الإمارات المئوية في عام 2071م لكي تصبح أول حكومة إماراتية في العالم تستثمر في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي.

Abstract:

This study aims to demonstrate the importance of artificial intelligence and the strategies used in order to improve efficiency and make better decisions in finding solutions to complex problems in various economic fields and social issues and improving political decisions to achieve sustainability. The study also shed light on the United Arab Emirates due to its leadership in all different fields. And knowing the most important strategies followed by the state to achieve the technological and economic development that the government sought, as it relied on artificial intelligence, comprehensive digital transformation, and the launch of the “Artificial Intelligence for the Year 2031” strategy. With the aim of applying technology in various sectors, it aims to enhance the UAE’s position as a global center for innovation and development in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence, and seeks to achieve the UAE’s centennial goals in 2071 AD in order to become the first Emirati government in the world to invest in the field of artificial intelligence.
