الملخص :

يتم التطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع الشركات العائلية الذي زاد الاهتمام بها نظرا لأهميتها فهي تعتبر أحد أهم مؤشرات الأداء فلا يمكن إغفال دو رها في العمليات الاقتصادية الحديثة في كل من البلدان المتقدم ة والنامية . أين يشار لها على أنها كيانات ذات إمكانات اقتصادية كبيرة إضافة إلى أنها لم تبقى مقتصرة فقط على الجانب المالي بل تعدته إلى المساهمة في رفاهية المجتمعات وتحقيق تنمية مستدامة . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من المجهودات الكبيرة التي تبذلها هيئات الدعم الحكومية في تقديم خدمات الدعم المالية وتسهيل إجراءات الحصول على القرض، الدعم المعنوي وتكوين حاملي المشاريع، لم تحقق هذه الهيئات الفعالية المنتظرة نظرا لوجود عدة مشاكل وعراقيل تحول دون ذلك، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن نجاح مشاريع ومؤسسات العائلية  المنتجة وخلق اقتصاد عائلي فعال مرتبط بطابعها العائلي الذي يوفر نوع من العمل الجماعي والمرافقة غير الرسمية التي تساهم في نجاح المشروع.

Abstract :

This paper discusses the topic of family businesses, which has increased interest due to their importance, as they are considered one of the most important performance indicators. Their role in modern economic operations in both developed and developing countries cannot be overlooked. Where they are referred to as entities with great economic potential, in addition to the fact that they did not remain limited only to the financial aspect, but rather expanded it to contribute to the well-being of societies and achieve sustainable development. The study concluded that, despite the great efforts made by government support bodies in providing financial support services, facilitating the procedures for obtaining loans, moral support, and training project owners, these bodies did not achieve the expected effectiveness due to the presence of several problems and obstacles that prevent this. The study concluded that The success of productive family projects and institutions and the creation of an effective family economy is linked to their family character, which provides a kind of teamwork and informal accompaniment that contributes to the success of the project.
