ملخص:

تأتي هذه الدراسة بهدف  تبيان أثر الأزمة الأوكروسية على الأمن الطاقوي من خلال تحديد أهم اتجاهات هذا التأثير، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال عرض وتحليل أهم البيانات المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة.

في الختام تم التوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تأثير الأزمة انحصر على جوانب عديدة ارتبطت في مجملها بالنفط والغاز الطبيعي من خلال التأثير على الأسعار أين أدت بالأسعار بالاتجاه التصاعدي مما أثر بدوره على مسار الإمدادات ( العرض والطلب)؛إلى جانب وجود ارتباط وثيق بين امدادات الغاز الطبيعي والكهرباء التي بدورها تأثرت بالأزمة الأوكروسية، فتبعات هذه الأزمة غيرت الاستراتيجيات الطاقوية المنتهجة في الدول الأوروبية من خلال البحث عن بدائل أخرى ( الطاقات المتجددة) أو الاتجاه نحو دول أخرى.

Abstract:

The objective of this study is to identify the impact of the Eurasian crisis on energy security by identifying the most important trends in this impact. To achieve this goal, the analytical descriptive approach has been drawn upon by presenting and analyzing the most important data relevant to the study’s subject matter.

In conclusion, the conclusion was reached that the impact of the crisis was limited to many aspects of oil and natural gas as a whole by affecting prices where prices led to the upward trend, which in turn affected the supply (supply and demand) trajectory; Besides a close link between the supply of natural gas and electricity, which in turn has been affected by the Eurosian crisis, the consequences of this crisis have changed the energy strategies pursued in European countries through the search for other alternatives (renewable energies) or the trend towards other countries
